These terms apply to LY.MY (https://ly.my), including the optional Premium account. By using LY.MY you agree to them.

Using LY.MY

• You may not use LY.MY for spam, phishing, malware, scams, illegal content, or to hide where a link really goes.
• We may suspend or remove any short link, or a Premium account, that breaks these rules. Abuse is not refunded.
• The service is provided "as is". See the Disclaimer for more.

Premium

• Premium costs USD 10, paid once through Stripe. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
• Premium lasts for as long as LY.MY offers the Premium service.
• Each account can have up to 1,000 links and create up to 100 links per day.
• Your account is opened with a private link instead of a password. Keep it safe: anyone who has it can manage your links. If it is lost or leaked, use "Email me my link" on the Premium page to get a new one; the old link then stops working.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. Email support@ly.my from the address you used to pay. After a refund, the Premium account and its links are removed.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
